All orders will be added to my public Trello upon payment (and once I have the opportunity). Private orders will be labeled accordingly, in my public queue, to preserve client anonymity. Only commission type and order-date will be shown.

I will provide drafts and updates throughout the process. Changes and additions that are not my fault are dealt with and communicated on a case-to-case basis, possibly prompting additional fees (am very wary of “scope creep”). Changes that are my fault will be fixed without hesitation and without fee.

Completion times vary based on the complexity of commissions and existing queues (ranges approximately 1-3 months). I will not provide estimates as they can be held against me. Any concerns can be communicated through the platform the commission was purchased on.

Private commissions incur an additional fee of +100%, invoiced separately through PayPal, as I cannot showcase the work anymore. Commissions requiring anonymity until a certain date are not subject to such fees (e.g.: birthday gifts).

A full-refund is only available if a project is unable to be completed by a fault of my own, or before a draft is provided. Once some work has been done, a minimum of 30% is deducted from the refund as an overhead (the percentage increasing proportional to work done). I retain the right to cancel a process entirely, at the cost of a full-refund.

I work on these projects in my free-time and at my discretion. Seeing me interacting or posting on my BSKY account is neither an indication nor a reflection of my availability (e.g.: I might be responding to posts while waiting in a checkout line.).

I retain the right to upload commissions to my accounts and portfolios (with credit where possible). I will not use commissions for merchandise or other capital ventures.

The customer retains the right to make small revisions (e.g.: punctuation, grammar, formatting, changing original character names to reflect said changes in name, etc.). I still retain copyright regardless of such changes.

I retain legal and commercial rights to my works; no commercial license is provided to customers nor are they allowed to profit off the work (private use is clearly fine). Character rights remain with their appropriate right’s holder(s).

All my works, including derivatives, are forbidden from being used as training data for LLMs. I am vehemently against the use of creatives’ works in generative artificial intelligence. This is non-negotiable and a stipulation not only for working with me, but for using my works as reference material.

All clients must be over 18 years-old. I will not recognize nor interact with anyone under that legal age.

I am able to communicate in English, German, Hungarian, Japanese, and Spanish. Please contact me in whichever language you feel most comfortable with, but do note that I will only work in English.

Personally identifiable information is purged from my systems a month after work is completed. I do, however, require a public account of some sort in order credit customers. I cannot do anything about payment processors as transaction are subject to banking regulations.

I will email completed works as a PDF attachment. I am not liable for how data is stored or managed by third-party platforms (e.g.: email providers, social media, etc.). Please check with your providers for their ToS regarding content management as certain subjects might prompt account bans.
